Hi, I'm Wanli! I’m a specialist GP with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. I grew up in Singapore and completed my medical degree at the University of Tasmania in 2009 before relocating to Perth. Since then, I’ve worked in various tertiary hospitals including Royal Perth Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and King Edwards Memorial Hospital.

I enjoy all aspects of GP and believe that it is a privilege to be able to journey with patients through different seasons of their lives and empower them with the knowledge and skills to be able to actively engage in their health.

My interests are in preventative medicine, child health, women’s health and chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes. I hold an FPAA Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health and do implantation and removal of contraceptive devices.
I have an interest in medical education, and I’m actively involved in the RACGP GP registrar's teaching including doing external clinical teaching visits, and work-based assessments and I serve as an examiner for the RACGP fellowship exams. I am also an Urgent Care doctor with St John Medical WA.

Out of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time with family, watching movies, going for walks and listening to music.
