Hi!

I'm Selina, a registered nurse at The Garden Family Medical Clinic.

I completed my nursing degree in 2018 and proceeded to work as a geriatric nurse in a Residential Aged Care Facility for the next 5 years. Through assisting patients in the management of their chronic health conditions, mental health conditions and palliative care, I've come to value the need for patience and compassion in patient care.

Upon entering motherhood, my interest in paediatric nursing grew alongside my excitement to explore preventative medicine, primary health care, health promotion and education to the community. This led me to take up the role of a practice nurse in 2023, and I have only grown in my passion for this discipline ever since!

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering regularly as a vocalist on a local church band. Our family of three love exploring parks, having picnics at the beach and meeting new friends in our community!
