Mental Health

Putting your mental health at the top of our priorities

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

Part of our vision for developing the Garden Clinic was to provide a sanctuary like, modern and fresh space to access your healthcare needs. There is no more important need in life than to have good mental health.

We feel that to provide good mental health, we first need to listen. Listen to your story and journey and empathise with what you might be going through. Half the challenge is finding the right person to tell this to. Having a positive relationship with your GP means you should be able to trust them and explore solutions together. Mental health is a key focus for us, because if we get that right, quite often the rest of your health is easier to manage. We might not have all the answers, but we do hope to provide you with compassionate care that helps you take the first step.

Our mental health services include…
