Hi, I'm Siobhan, a dedicated and empathetic Senior Physiotherapist with Postgraduate training in Continence & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. My specialty is the pelvis – I can help you manage all things pelvic floor, pain, incontinence, sexual pain, bowel health, birth preparation and musculoskeletal pain. Being located within the Garden Family Medical Clinic, I have the unique advantage of collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

I am dedicated to helping my patients better understand how their bodies can heal through movement and empowering them to take charge of their own health. I found my passion for pelvic health when studying at the University of Notre Dame and has since completed further postgraduate training at Curtin University as well as training through the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Training Associates.

I enjoy treating a wide range of pelvic health and incontinence issues across the lifespan, using evidence-based techniques to guide treatment, with the goal of making a real difference in the lives of my patients. I am passionate about raising awareness in pelvic health and empowering people to take charge of their pelvic health.

When addressing pelvic health concerns, I like to take a holistic approach, evaluating the entire body to identify underlying factors contributing to your pain and symptoms. I have advanced pelvic health training and will conduct a thorough assessment of your pelvic floor, pelvic girdle, lower back, hips, lower limbs, thoracic spine, abdominals, and breathing dynamics to uncover any contributing factors to your symptoms.
