Although I was born in the UK, I shortly moved to Europe where I spent many years living in Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and finally Singapore.
My hobbies include walking and taking care of my two rescue Border Collie X dogs. I enjoy watching professional football on TV or soccer as it is known here, as well as watching my son play the game at weekends. I love to travel and have travelled extensively, however there is always more of the world to see.
The Money Heist, Broadchurch and Keeping Faith are just some of the drama series that I have enjoyed watching during these difficult COVID times.
I have worked as a Medical Receptionist for the past 8 years working in surgeries in our local area, where I have continued to gain experience and have met some wonderful patients. Before emigrating from Scotland to Australia in 2011, I worked for the NHS in the Emergency dept. in our local hospital. Many moons ago I trained as a bi-lingual secretary with French. I continued to use my secretarial skills and expanded on my customer service skills working in commercial and manufacturing companies in London and Edinburgh.
Having been brought up in Europe and close to the Alps I eventually qualified as ski instructor which allowed me to spend a couple of winter seasons teaching school children to ski.
