After completing my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Melbourne in 2003, I relocated to Perth to continue my clinical training. I subsequently earned a Diploma of Child Health (DCH) and a Diploma of Women’s Health (DWH), before completing my specialist training in General Practice and achieving Fellowship of the RACGP (FRACGP) in 2010.

With over 20 years of experience in medicine, I provide comprehensive care across all areas of General Practice. I have a particular interest in Lifestyle Medicine and am currently undertaking the Accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine (AALM) program, working towards Fellowship of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM). I also hold SCOPE certification (Strategic Centre for Obesity Professional Education), an internationally recognised credential endorsed by the World Obesity Federation.  Additionally I am a member of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), the Australian and New Zealand Obesity Society (ANZOS) and the National Association of Clinical Obesity Services (NACOS).

As a Lifestyle Medicine GP, I practise with a patient-centred approach that focuses on enhancing “healthspan” - supporting not only longevity but also quality of life. My philosophy centres on optimising the four foundational pillars of health: food, movement, sleep, and stress management. I am committed to working collaboratively with my patients to address the root causes of illness and develop sustainable, personalised strategies that support long-term health and wellbeing.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy Indian classical dance, travelling, reading, painting, baking and spending time with my family.
