Hi! I'm Felicity, I’m the Personal Assistant to Dr Andrew Leech and the Event Coordinator at The Garden Medical.

My background is in journalism and corporate screen production, and over the past five years I’ve worked across social media and corporate services. This mix has given me a strong foundation in communication, organisation and creative problem-solving, all of which I bring into my role every day.

I’m passionate about showing empathy and care in my work, and The Garden is the perfect environment to let those values shine.

Outside of The Garden, I’m also a trained florist and love creating floral arrangements in my spare time. I also love to spend my weekends with my partner and dog at the beach or park.
