Tegan

Hi, I'm Tegan one of the practice nurses at The Garden.

I always wanted to be either a Nurse or Flight Attendant growing up. I was involved with St John Ambulance as a volunteer First Aider from the age of 12, as well as a carer while studying nursing.

I have been nursing for 19 years and started on a general Medical & Respiratory ward. I tried flight attending and had a few 'gap years', working and living in Dubai as Cabin Crew for Emirates. However, when returning to Perth I found my passion in Neonatal Nursing, while working at King Edward Memorial Hospital NICU.

I am a people person and love working within the community, early intervention for children and preventative health. I am excited to be a part of the Garden Medical team.

I have 3 children with my husband, all very sporty and full of energy. I love arts and crafts, and when I'm not at work, I'm baking and decorating cakes.
